抄録

It's very important to study the removal velocity of combustion reaction zone in process of underground gasification of coal. In this paper, the author examined this problem theoreticallyand experimentally. On the same problem, CMHPHOO in U. S. S. R. examined mathematically and derived a equation of removal velocity. He discussed it about very fine particles of coal. The author derived a equation of removal velocity as a function of particle size on the assumption that the combustion of coal is thermal decomposition of coal particles. Removal velocity can be expressed by the following equation given by the author<BR>υ22κγ03T2/cρ2πζ94WQ (1-T1/T2){1-(T0/T2) 2}<BR>where, υ-removal relocity of combustion reaction zone λ-thermal conductivity of coal κ=μ/λ, ;μ-heat transfer coefficient λ1-thermal condudivity of cemented cover.γ0-radius of a particle with cemented cover. T2-highest temperature in burning zgne c-specific heat of coal ρ-specific weight of coal, π=3.14 ζ0-radius of a Particle of coal W=2γ020γ0 Q-heat of decomposition T1-temperature of coal seam T0-ignition temperature of coal<BR>According to the theoretical examine, when a particle size of coal is not small, we know, this velocity is very slow.
