Description

To studay the behavior of the rock that is blasted by the detonation of explosives, the formulas that show stresses produced in elastic body are gained, whenthe inner face of the loading cavity is pushed by the force P0l-Kt (t show time, P0and K is constant) the radical displacement is shown in formula 5 and the radical and circular streses ase shown in formula 6 and 7. Using these formulas and IBM 7070, the magnitudes and shapes of stress wave are calculated. Those are shown in flg 2 and 3.<BR>The analysis of these show that the main stress of destruction of rock blasting seems the tentional stress produced in circular direction.
