This issue is a specificated management achievement accounting study which should be eliminated according to business ethics studies. And also this should be a critical study about CSR accounting which should be argued pararelled with studies about dynamic and non descreate measurability schemes of management accounting models. CSR accounting should have origines of remarkable and specificated demands of stakeholders' estimate values about organizational and institutional reforming dynamics according to net presented organizational categorical values towards corruption, unfairness and unjustice which cause organization cause losts. This CSR accounting views should be estimated to have difficulties as measurabiliy of capitalizations. This issue should be stood as viewpoints of breakthrough about marginalities for business administration studies, and also be stood as some inspiracies to approval study for accounting studies.
