抄録

The subprime loan problem in 2007 has extended to the global finance crisis with Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. The securitization is given as a cause in the finance crisis. It is said that the feature of the subprime loan problem is in the securitization of the housing loan. This article applies the focus to the subprime loan problem. The purpose of this article is to consider the purpose and meaning of securitization. In this thesis, the following three are considered: (1) Feature of subprime loan problem, (2) Three problems in securitization: (i) Problems of OTD, (ii) Predatory lending, and (iii) System of reward (3) Purpose of securitization
