抄録

In this text, business ethics is treated in terms of philosophy models. First, I argue the importance of the development of a consistent discussion from the principle and the standpoint of each person in business ethics and make sure of the position of theories of justice in that branch. Second, the examples of construction of the consistent standpoint are introduced and examined. Then the process from theories of justice to deontology is considered, referring to the Kantian theory of ethics. As a result, a theoretical strengthening in business ethics as normative ethics is achieved through these introduction and examination of the concept models.
