抄録

Preventing the occurrence of ethical problems is a major issue for all types of industries and organizations, and this also holds true for agricultural production and agricultural management. However, the present situation is that with some exceptions, there is still little concern for ethical problems regarding agriculture among agricultural producers and people involved in agriculture. However, it is thought that numerous ethical problems exist even in agricultural activity, which is supposed to be "correct" insofar as it is essential to human food production. This report takes up this issue and clarifies the spread of ethical problems in agricultural management based on an analysis, etc. of the social circumstances and a study of agricultural management. Also, this report examines the meaning ethical problems have in agricultural management activities or its influence on management activities.
