- 1456 SLR 運動時の股関節接触面応力の検討
Description
The purpose of this study was to investigate how much stress affected on hip joint during isokinetic straight leg raising (SLP) exercise using computer simulation technique. The results were follows : (1) The maximum contact pressure on hip joints during isokinetic SLR exercise was 2.7 MPa in normal hip and 32.3 MPa in dysplastic hip group. (2) The stress was significantly larger in dysplastic hip group and it concentrated on antero-lateral edge of acetabulum.
