抄録

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of an inertia load combined with isoviscous load (isoviscous/inertia load) to induce the potential of trainee in high speed training. At first we measured the maximum dynamic strength using isoviscous load (viscous coefficients were 0.5, 0.8, 1.2, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0[Nm・s/rad]) to obtain the data as a standard strength of a subject. Secondly we measured the maximum dynamic strength using the isoviscous/inertia load (viscous coefficients were as above, inertia coefficient was 0.20[Nm・s^2/rad]). From the results, maximum torque of the isoviscous/inertia load was greatly increased to the isoviscous load. But the maximum angular velocity and energy consumption were greatly decreased. Then we proposed a new method that controlled the inertia adding range until 1/3・π[rad] of joint angle. Our proposed method showed interesting characteristics as to enhance the maximum torque and the energy consumption in high speed training without much decreasing the maximum angular velocity. Therefore we think that these results indicate a possibility for novel training method in high speed training.
