The thema of this paper is to analyze the effect of monpoly on the couple kinds of competition which transform value-price into production-price, namely the competition within the same sphere of production (I) and the competition between the different spheres of production (II), and to solve the problem of the mechanism which transforms production-price into monpoly-price. This paper consists of three sections. In the first section oligopoly-price theory which was represented by p. Sylos Labini and J.S. Bain is criticaly analyzed. Then in the following two sections our positive thought is revealed. First we made clear the relation between the demand curve and the restriction of monopoly on the competition (I) (price cartel) and proposed the theory of monopolystic shift of demand curve. Second by using its theory we incorporated the corcept of overaccumulation (see, p.34, fig. 7) in the theory of monopoly price as the premise of the restriction of monopoly on the competition (II) (production cartel). And through the agency of overaccumulation we made clear the organizational relation between the two types of restriction of monopoly on the competitions, which formulates monopoly-price.
