イギリス, フランスに引き続き, 今回はスペイン産のリンゴ酒について紹介していただいた。同じリンゴ酒でありながら日本市場においてはアストリアス地方のシドラもバスク地方のサガルドアも知名度が低い。スペイン産リンゴ酒の歴史的背景, 原料リンゴ果からリンゴ酒の醸造, 醸造場に併設されるレストラン, 飲酒文化についての話まで巾広い話題を提供していただいた。
