Abstract

Project management is scientific. When we pursue scientific management, unscientific emotions tend to disappear. But, emotion in project team is everywhere. And emotion is an important element of project success and project failure. Emotion has a various type, this paper picks up joy, anger, depressed and enjoy. This article is to study how to recognize, accept and utilize these emotions in project teams.
