Abstract

One of the most important factors to lead the project to the success efficiently is the motivation and awareness level of the project team members. Needless to say, these will much affect its successful accomplishment. Based upon the grass roots activities in our division, we make consideration that the awareness to the work of the members of the project will be affected by what in factors and how it will be improved.
