Abstract
In recent years, the importance of Non-functional requirements in the field of the scope management has been noted, Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA) has defined "Non-functional requirements grade" and published it in 2010. On the other hand, Non-functional requirements definition process has not yet been put to the organizational fixing in IT department of the company. Tokio Marine & Nichido Systems has been working in organized activities for Non-functional requirements definition process for many years. Based on the case study, I will propose the idea for the organizational fixing in this paper.
