説明

In this paper the velocity and pressure distributions within the casing and influence of its fan shape on the performance and noise of backward-curved fan are studied. It is shown that the meridian velocity of Cm1 at the inlet of the impeller increase with increasing b2. Incline angle δ1 has a tendency to increase with increasing b2. The meridian velocity of Cm2 at the outlet has a tendency to uniform in the axial direction and peripheral direction, and velocity ratio Cm2/U2 is 0.4∼0.7. The discharge angle of α2 at the outlet of the impeller is 15∼18 degree. The influence of the inclination of shraud and overlap of rear ede of suction-cone is large.
