Abstract
<p> The purpose of this essay is to re-examine the stakeholders involved in the SSPS with emphasis on revenue increases and contribution to the national interest. Design thinking approach has been carried out focusing on the happiness of all mankind. In summary, we have concluded as follows. With the proposed SSPS-centered enterprise competitiveness of Japanese manufacturers is resurrected, and Japan will be revitalized as one of the most powerful le of technology-oriented nations. In addition, we can remove utility poles for power transmission and communications, resulting in great improvement of landscape as well as disaster preparedness and mitigation. Substations, power plants and other facilities are free from the threat of terrorism because there exists no single point of catastrophes as in nuclear power plants. This power system will contribute to national security and the realization of peaceful world as well.</p>
