Based on the nonequilibrium Anderson model, we discuss the nonlinear property of the current between two electrodes through an atom which has several orbitals with a finite bias voltage. This model is used to study the Coulomb blockade phenomenon from the small system size limit. The Mahanthappa-Baksi-Keldysh Green function formalism is employed to deal with the nonequilibrium system. We give the expression for the current and the number of electrons for each state. Employing the Hartree-Fock approximation, we calculate the tunneling current numerically. To determine the solution uniquely, we extend the free energy for the nonequilibrium case. We can show that the stationary condition of this extended free energy in the Hartree-Fock approximation is equivalent to the Hartree-Fock equation.
