Urinary concentrations were 3, 200μg/ml after 1 hour, 7, 000μg/ml after 2 hours, 4, 400μg/ml after 3 hours, 4, 400 pg/ml after 4 hours, 3, 000μg/ml after 5 hours, 2, 200μg/ml after 6 hours, 1, 500μg/ml after 8 hours and 48μg/ml after 24 hours.
Serum levels after intravenous injection of FOM-Na 2, 000mg in the patient with chronic tonsillitis and acute glomerulonephritis were 470μg/ml after 30 minutes, 470μg/ml after 1 hour, 380μg/ml after 2 hours, 380μg/ml after 4 hours and 35μg/ml after 6 hours. Urinary concentrations were 12, 500μg/ml after 1 hour, 12, 500μg/ml after 2 hours, 9, 100μg/ml after 4 hours, 3, 200μg/ml after 6 hours, 1, 500μg/ml after 8 hours and 100μg/ml after 24 hours.
2) Clinical results ; FOM-Na was injected intravenously in 6 cases of otorhinolaryngeal infections. Result was execllent in 1 case, good in 2 cases and unimproved in 3 cases.
