抄録

Ticarcillin was administered at a daily dose of 12g to 11 cases of severe infections complicated with acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, aplastic anemia etc., and a good efficacy was obtained in 7 cases. Especially by combinating with aminoglycoside antibiotics, satisfactory results were obtained.<BR>As to side effect, eruption was observed in only one case, which disappeared after interruption of administration.
