Description

A series of new polyketanils, containing naphthyl rings in side chains having the structure (Remark: Graphics omitted.) was obtained and a relationship between the structure of the diamine used and the thermal stability of the resultant polymer was found to exist. The influence of the conditions of synthesis on the yield and properties of the new polyketanils was also determined.
