This paper describes the test results concerning static and dynamic properties of bituminous paving mixtures. In this investigation, the static property was discussed on creep compliance obtained from flexural creep test and the dynamic properties were discussed on such factors as complex modulus, dynamic modulus and loss modulus obtained from flexural dynamic test data. And then creep compliance was calculated from dynamic data, i.e. dynamic and loss modulus, according to Ninomiya and Ferry's approximate equation. The correlation of static and dynamic property of bituminous paving mixtures was discussed through creep compliance.<br>The following conclusions were reached:<br>1) On each of master creep compliance curves obtained from static and dynamic test data, a good agreement was confirmed in the reduced time of 101sec.<br>2) It was ascertained that time-temperature superposition principle came into existence within both static and dynamic properties of bituminous paving mixtures.<br>3) When the binder content was changed, mechanical properties of bituminous paving mixtures might not undergo a change in the ranges of low temperature or duration of short loading time, but they clearly showed influence within high temperature or duration of long loading time.
