Abstract
Superconducting thick film of BPSCCO is formed on MgO substrate by gas deposition using fine powder of Oi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O(BPSCCO) having diameter less than 1μm. The pattern of the deposited film is linear, and the thickness of it can be controlled in the range of 5-200μm.<BR>After heat treatment at 770°C for 10hr in air atmosphere, Tc(end) showed 105K and critical current density of 225A/cm2 are obtained at 77K in zero magnetic field.<BR>The structure of the surface of thick film by X-ray diffraction pattern, and composition ratio of Ui and Pb in film, were reported.<BR>Tape like BPSCCO thick film with width of 10mm was formed on substrate using similar method. Tape like thick film is expected to utilize as material of superconducting tape.
