Description

1) We reported two cases with myelopathy due to cervical spondylosis, one case with myelopathy due to calcified lig, longitudinale posterior of upper cervical region, one case with meningioma spreading from posterior cistern to upper cervical region and one case with myelopathy associated with Klippel-Feil syndrome.<br>2) Clinical manifestations of these cases were very interesting and were discussed in detail comparing with their pathogenetic findings.<br>3) Lumbal puncture showed important diagnostic value, though myelography came to final decision. Queckenstedt test in retroflexed neck position was noted as a valuable procedure to detect the initial sign of spinal canal block at the level of cervical portion.
