説明

The pathological symptoms of the mandibulal articulation are the noise, pain, mandibular dyslocation and etc., and these symptoms were treated as the mandibular arthrose.<br>The exact diagnosis of this disease is difficult because of the complexity of this portion anatomically and functionally. The detailed anamnesis about the treatment and progress since the beginning of the disease is most important things.<br>The correlation of the both temporal muscle, masseter muscle, medial and lateral pterygoid muscle are examined by X-ray film and EMG. Serological examination, i, e.: R. A., C. R. P., ASLO & etc. should be made.<br>For treatment, muscle-movement-training for the mouth closing muscle, — temporal muscle, masseter muscle, medial and lateral pterygoid muscle — is introduced, with good result. Thirty three cases of this disease were reported.
