抄録

A flexible electromagnetic wave absorber (Dual Phase Rubber sheet) has been developed for the quasi-microwave band (1-3GHz). The absorber consists of the electromagnetic stainless steel flaky powders and chorinated polyethylene rubber. The absorber can thus contain a large volume (up to 60 vol%) of the metal powders, and as a result it shows high permeability and permittivity(10 and 85, respectively, at 1GHz). The results obtained are as follows: (1) The aspect ratio of the metal powder can be increased by longer attrition times . (2) Large permeability of the Dual Phase Rubber sheet is obatined by using magnetic metal flake powder with large aspect rato. (3) The Dual Phase Rubber sheet absorber made of metal flake powder has two magnetic resonances, which are estimated as domain wall resonance and natural resonance respectively.
