Abstract

自然免疫応答は病原体の体内への侵入に対し初期におこる生体反応である．近年，自然免疫の過剰反応が自己免疫性疾患の発症に関与することが明らかになってきた．肝臓は独自の免疫機構を有し，自己免疫性肝疾患である自己免疫性肝炎（AIH），原発性胆汁性肝硬変（PBC），原発性硬化性胆管炎（PSC）においても，自然免疫に関する知見が数多く示されている．PBCではToll様受容体を主体とする自然免疫と病態形成に関する研究が進められ，AIHやPSCにおいても腸管微生物由来の病原体関連分子パターンとパターン認識受容体を介する病態の関与が推察されている．自然免疫の理解がこれら疾患の病態を考える上で重要である．<br>
