Description

糖尿病に伴う不随意運動には,非ケトン性高血糖に伴うhemiballism-hemichoreaがある.これは上下肢を投げ出すような不随意運動で,対側の被殻,尾状核にpetechial hemorrhageを来たして,不随意運動が起こる.家族性ceruloplasmin欠損症は,糖尿病発症後に,眼瞼けいれんなどの不随意運動のほか失調症,痴呆が見られるが,肝膵脳に鉄の沈着を起こす遺伝性代謝疾患である.
