Description

線維束性収縮(fasciculation)は通常一つの運動単位の自発活動であり, contraction fasciculationとは区別される.針筋電図では線維束自発電位(fasciculation potential)として記録され,その発火パターンによって認識される. Fasciculationは筋萎縮性側索硬化症と伝導ブロックを来す疾患に最も特徴的である. Fasciculationの発火の起源は筋内軸索や神経終末などの遠位部にあるとする説が有力だが,その発生機序は未解明である.
