Abstract

症例は62歳,女性. 40歳頃から全身浮腫に対しフロセミド内服していた. 59歳頃全身骨痛出現した. 2001年5月多発性偽骨折像,血清Ca, P,骨形成マーカーより骨軟化症と診断し,また尿糖や汎アミノ酸尿,リン再吸収率低下や尿酸排泄率上昇,代謝性アシドーシスを認めFanconi症候群と診断した.腎組織は慢性間質性腎炎を呈していた.骨痛を主体とし薬剤の関与が疑われたFanconi症候群の稀な症例と考えられた.
