Description
症例は29歳,男性.発熱,頸部リンパ節腫脹を主訴に受診し,リンパ節生検でホジキンリンパ腫(nodular sclerosis, stage IVB)と診断された. ABVD療法を6クール施行後,領域放射線照射療法で完全奏効(CR)となったが4年後に再発.難治性であったが, 2回のautologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (auto-PBSCT)施行によりCRに至り, 1年2カ月後の現在もCRを維持している. tandem transplantationは再発・難治性ホジキンリンパ腫に有効であると考えられた.
