Abstract

61歳,男性, 10年前に尋常性乾癬の既往あり,今回は手足のつれと皮膚症状の悪化(紅斑・角化)を主訴に来院,著しい低Ca血症を認めた.皮膚生検所見では尋常性乾癬の再燃が考えられ,低Ca血症については特発性副甲状腺機能低下症と診断された.本例は多量の習慣性飲酒歴を持ち, Mg排泄動態の推移から低Mg血症による副甲状腺機能低下も否定できないと考えられた.また,低Ca血症が尋常性乾癬の再燃を促進した可能性が考えられた.
