Abstract

肥満・MetsはCKDのリスクにもなっている．肥満に伴う腎障害は巣状糸球体硬化症を主体とし，肥満関連腎症と呼ばれている．CKDでは腎性インスリン抵抗性症候群，腎性脂質異常症，腎性高血圧といったMetsと類似の病態を呈し両者は腎症を増悪させる可能性もある．治療の基本はMets・肥満の是正であり減量となるがCKDに存在するprotein energy wasting syndromeを考慮すると過度のカロリー制限は危険である．<br>
