Abstract

IgG4関連疾患（IgG4-related disease：IgG4-RD）とは血清IgG4高値とIgG4陽性形質細胞の浸潤，線維化による臓器の腫瘤性，肥厚性病変を呈する全身性慢性疾患である．涙腺・唾液腺や膵臓を好発部位とするが，原因不明の腫瘤性病変をみた場合には常に鑑別に含める必要がある．確定診断には悪性腫瘍との鑑別のうえ，高IgG4血症と花むしろ様線維化を含む病理組織学的特徴の確認が必要である．グルココルチコイドが奏効するが，長期投与に伴う副作用に注意する．
