Description

再生不良性貧血および赤芽球癆は，ともに造血幹細胞・前駆細胞の量的減少により発症する骨髄不全症であり，前者は貧血，血小板減少，好中球減少のうち2つ以上の血球減少を，後者は貧血のみを呈する．その原因は多様であり，病因を特定できない特発性と，薬剤投与やウイルス感染症，自己免疫疾患，妊娠などに伴う続発性がある．特発性再生不良性貧血および基礎疾患の治療に反応しない慢性赤芽球癆には免疫抑制療法が行われる．
