抄録

The equilibrium of the reaction between oxygen dissolved in liquid Fe-Ni-Co alloys and H2-H2O gas mixtures has been measured at 1600°C. The effects of nickel and cobalt on the activity coefficient of oxygen in liquid iron are represented by the following equations:<BR>(This article is not displayable. Please see full text pdf.) <BR>\oindentwhere the reference state is the infinitely dilute solution of oxygen in liquid pure iron. From these data, the isoactivity coefficient curves for oxygen in the ternary alloy field were drawn. The possibility to predict the activity coefficient of oxygen in the ternary alloy from the interaction coefficients was examined.
