説明

A brief review is given of the physics and the simulation problems intrinsic in the inertial confinement fusion. In particular, simulation techniques in the multi-dimensional magnetohydrodynamics are discussed in relation to a self-generated magnetic field. In addition to this, a detailed description is given of the non-LTE (Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium) atomic physics and the radiation transport in a high-dense plasma.
