Abstract
Recent topics on fusion plasma heating are reviewed in concerned with the physics of lower hybrid wave heating and RF heating technology. Lower hybrid electron heating has a possibility to realize a high temperature and a stable current driven plasma without deterioration of confinement. The RF heating technology is based on the broad-casting technology, however, many renewed R&D are necessary to realize the reliable RF Heating system as an energy industry.
