At present, though QCS is used in paper process normally, it was originally developed for the purpose of the measurement and quality control. After that, MD control, CD control and various optimizationcontrol have been added, and then, QCS is becoming to be unified with DCS, and MES as well today.<BR>This time, I would like to think about the composition and principle of quality measurement sensor, a basic part of QCS, again.
