Abstract
Minor salivary gland sialolithiasis is very rare in Japan.<BR>An 82-year-old female was referred to our department because of a tumor in the left upper lip. Our initial diagnosis was a benign tumor. Under local anesthesia, the tumor was resected. Histopathological examination revealed characteristics of minor salivary gland sialolithias
