抄録

Nowadays, a great number of soft PVC film which has 0.2mm in thickness were used to the bag forchemical fertilizer.<br>But, some problems has been occured, for example, it is the phenomenon of “blocking” or “tackiness” in summer season or “bursting” of PVC bag in winter season.<br>There is nothing of a fit laboratorical testing method on this bursting phenomenon, and therefore, in general, it seemed to be that the way of expression of physical property of soft PVC film were depended upon JIS K 6732 standard.<br>The anther were going to establish the testing (or inspection) standard in our factory with this test that it was depended upon the study of relativeness of the bursting limitation of PVC bag by practical bursting test and the labolatorical checking of the physical properties of PVC film.<br>And the author has been obtained the following results.<br>(1) The soft PVC film has been losing viscoelasticity and freezing at low temperature.<br>These physical properties gives influence to elongation.<br>The soft PVC film has shown below the number of 25% elongation by the methode of JIS K 6732 (1953) under a lower conditions than -5°C had burst.<br>(2) Same (1) case phenomenon, the hardness of soft PVC film has been increased according to lowering temperature.<br>The film has more harder than 94° hardness by JIS K 6301 (1962) had brocken.
