Description
Inkjet technology is expected to be one of the most useful digital printing technologies to realize printed electronics industry. For manufacturing an organic TFT array sheet which is constructed by fine patterning of multi layers of thin films, it is necessary to make a suitable combination of inkjet head, ink properties, surface treatment of substrate or under layer, and curing process after printing. New technologies for manufacturing of organic TFT array on flexible plastic film are fine pattern printing and correction of film distortion.
