In the case of the preparation of a thin film containing silver about 10 nm by electrodeposition or thermal evaporation and sandwiched between a transparent conductive film. The sandwiched films show various characteristics of transparency, electrically conductivity, color indication. In this study, <1> we evaluate the sandwiched Ag thin film, and more organic light emitting devices (OLEDs) were fabricated by using those film. <2> We also fabricated transparent electrochromic device with Ag ion. In the case of electrodeposition at voltage biased, the electrode of transparent conducting film indicates mirror, black state and more, red ~ blue color. The variation of color depended on the aggregation of Ag nanoparticles which was caused by applied voltage waveform or surface morphology of the TCF. <3> Furthermore, a novel devices combined between <1> and <2> were indicated. As a novel stacked device with 6 states was fabricated by the combination of “transparent OLED” and “transparent electrochromic device”.
