Description

We have developed a small quartz oscillator for the watch which is a turning fork with a prong size of 45×0.4×0.25mm^3. In the first part of the paper, the characteristics of the oscillator are stated. In the last part, the analytical results of tained through the finite element methed are described. Analysis is done of the following two items; (1) The influence to the elastic vibration of the york due to the unbalance of the plong size, (2) The available pattern of the electrode concerning the space charge density in the quartz.
