Description
<p>The purpose of this paper is to examine factors alleviating career-urgency of young adult workers. We asked 475 workers in their twenties to answer a questionnaire on the internet, which consisted of career- urgency(feeling under pressure, urge to develop career, and concern of career), obtaining a wide vision, concrete preparation towards future career paths, consultation or analysis for present career condition, and meaningful work experience. The results of covariance structural analysis were summarized below:(1)Setting and addressing short-term goals, acquiring skills and knowledge by self-learning, analyzing career conditions, receiving consultation for career, and having meaningful work experience alleviated feeling under pressure through various perspectives.(2)Consultation for career alleviated feeling under pressure and concern of career.</p>
