Abstract

<p>This paper outlines some characteristics of educating system of the MBA program at Kobe University, particularly focusing on its seminar system. In conclusion, it is claimed that an MBA student at Kobe University is an important partner both for teaching staff and for a graduate student to conduct good research.</p>
