Abstract

This study defines the 2006 Basic Act for Housing and related laws as the Basic Housing Act System and intends to confirm the results of this system over the past ten years. Through that investigation, this study also intends to clarify the situation of housing conditions of people suffering from housing vulnerability and to formulate policy which addresses those housing problems and provides improved housing conditions. In this study we also evaluated the legal character of the Basic Housing Act and Housing Safety Net Act, along with an investigation of the housing situation of the homeless, young poor, disaster victims and others.
