Description
<p>In this study, exhaust gas components emitted from spark ignition engine were analyzed using a comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatograph (GC×GC) with a time-of-flight mass spectrometer (TOFMS). Cyclohexane and toluene were used as fuels. As a result, the influence of molecular structure on exhaust gas was clarified. In the case of using cyclohexane, it is considered that ring structure, straight chain, and aromatic compounds are important. In the case of using toluene, it is considered that aromatic hydrocarbons are important.</p>
