Abstract
In this study, it focused on governmental policy in Sweden, integrated to childcare and school which the evaluation is high internationally. The research clarified the government grappled with curtail childcare spending in that the central government finance was pressed, and building on 6-years schooling system in exchange for developing secure of childcare for all of the children, adopted the logic putting childcare on the educational foundation. Furthermore, Göran Persson played a major role for making the policy that integrated to childcare and school for advocated that Sweden should be changed to "Knowledge Nation". It led the unique policy which consolidating governmental early childhood education and care under the Ministry of Education and Science.
