<p>I considered the relationship between the feeling of hopelessness in regard to the future of modern people, and activity care, and observed the importance of supporting activity care by restoring the future prospects of modern people. Comprehensive activity care is created by aiming to achieve activities utilizing ICF. I summarized the differences between activity care and nursing care goals, from the viewpoint of ICF. This activity care covers not only ADL but also IADL. Accordingly, I pointed out the importance of the activity care process and the activity care diagnosis.</p>
