Abstract

<p> Implementation of information security education and moral education has become problematic at junior high school level. Conventional teaching methods have been used to explain security measures in cases of trouble. However,students may acquire knowledge with these methods,but it is difficult to encourage their sense of ownership toward security measures as they lack the feeling that they might be in trouble. In this research,we have developed information security teaching materials aimed at encouraging junior high school students to feel the possibility of being in trouble,and we examined the results. Moreover,we have developed card teaching materials,which imitate a screen,specially designed to discover students’ sense of “suspicion” of troubles. The results demonstrate an encouraging sense of ownership and motivation toward future security measures.</p>
