Abstract

One problem in e-testing is that cheating by impersonation is easy. In a previous work, a biometrics authentication was proposed for e-testing. That method was limited in that it disturb examinees. This paper proposes a combination of the previously proposed handwriting authentication with face authentication, and we developed an examinee authentication system that can be applied in real time without disturbing examinees, which using facial images from a webcam and handwriting information from a pen-based tablet during e-testing.
